Warning of more council cuts in Leicestershire
There are warnings some council services across Leicestershire could be cut back as the authority deals with a multi million pound funding shortfall.
Council officials say Leicestershire is the lowest funded county authority in the country, and warn that without help from the Government there'll be at least a hundred-million-pound gap in finances which must be closed by the end of the decade.
Cabinet member for finance Councillor Lee Breckon has been speaking with ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Leicester's Ellis Maddison.
The government says it'll 'fix the foundations of local government and work closely with the sector, to get councils back on their feet'.
