The boat that's dropped anchor in Dresden

Attempts are being made to identify the owner of a boat and trailer dumped on Lightwood Road in Dresden. If the Captain of the boat, VIRGO, can't be found it's set to be crushed by the City Council. Anyone with information is being asked to contact their environmental crime team.
