21-year-old window cleaner- Owen James- has been voluntarily cleaning road signs in Wolverhampton since 2023.

Anytime Owen sees a dirty sign he pulls over in his work van and uses his window cleaning equipment to help make the area look nicer.

To date he has has cleaned over 100 dirty signs.
