Matt (left) stepped in with CPR when Dan (right) had a heart attack on a Herts bin round. It was Dan Gardiner’s lucky day when he was working in St Albans with colleague Matko Spondreht, because Matt is a registered nurse who now works as a refuge collector. Justin Dealey went to meet them.
