The Highlands Curtain Twitchers are a group of neighbours and friends in Watford, who describe themselves as 'like a blended family'.
They won the the Great Neighbour Award at the 2024 ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Three Counties Radio Make A Difference Awards.
