Saying goodbye to Ben the tiger
The Bewdley-based white tiger Bengal has died just before his 20th birthday. Ben was born at West Midlands Safari Park in 2004 and became a much-loved character there, so much so that the keepers joked he was becoming 'a grumpy old man'!
Kasha Carter, Head Keeper of Carnivores, explains to Jonathan Ray about Ben's character, and how much he meant to visitors and the staff on site at the Worcestershire attraction.
