If you鈥檝e spotted a group of runners in your local park every Saturday, chances are it's a Parkrun.

The free five-kilometre event began with just a handful of friends in a park in London, and has grown into a weekly running phenomenon.
It's open to everyone, from walkers and amateur runners, through to elite athletes.

As they celebrate their 20th anniversary, 蜜芽传媒 CWR presenter Vic Minett chats to Ian from Coventry, his daughter Iona and son Euan, about why they love Parkrun.
