Tunstall cyclist goes from alcoholism to world record attempt
Phil James will be attempting a Snowdon cycling world record attempt for mental health. 12 months ago, Phil was drinking 24/7, but he has turned his life around and used exercise to give his life routine and purpose again. Now he will be attempting the most climbs to Mount Snowdon's summit on a bike in 24 hours and raising money for charities Mind and Mate.
