Essex family caught in Hurricane Milton
An Essex family on the holiday of a lifetime in Florida have been caught up in the US state's second hurricane in just over a fortnight. The Ball family from Billericay only arrived at Disney World on Saturday to celebrate their youngest child beating leukaemia.
Hurricane Milton made landfall as an extremely dangerous category three hurricane, bringing winds of one hundred and twenty miles per hour, life-threatening storm surges, and has left millions without power.
