Harborough reach FA Cup first round for first time
Harborough Town FC have made history by making it into the first round of the FA Cup for the first time, beating Bury 1-0 in the fourth qualifying round.
Ben Stephens squeezed the ball past Bury goalkeeper Mitch Allen from the penalty spot in the second half.
Harborough, who play in the Southern League Premier Division Central, had previously made the second qualifying round in both of the past two seasons.
Manager Mitch Austin told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Leicester's Jack Rafferty it was a joyous weekend, and goal scorer Ben Stephens and Chairman Pete Dougan told Ady Dayman their hopes that their entry into the first round of the FA Cup will help promote the club.
