People living around Liverpool's Anfield stadium say they feel let down after repeated promises of regeneration have failed to materialise over the past decade.

Just a stone's throw from The Kop is a boarded up section with overgrown land. It was earmarked for new shops and a hotel, but it's now hoped it will be used for a community centre.
