The con scamming Chinese Londoners out of thousands
Con artists are targeting Chinese communities with an elaborate scam, tricking them out thousands of pounds.
Groups of usually three women target a victim, persuading them their loved ones are in danger, with one woman in north-west London being scammed out of 拢4,000.
