Tributes as Bradford's 'King of Curry' dies at 56
Shabir Hussain opened the first Akbar's in Bradford in 1995 before expanding across the north. Mr Hussain is said to have invented the, now widely seen, 'hanging naan'. Toby Foster speaks to Fatima Patel from the Asian Standard newspaper and food reviewer Danny Malin.
