Denise Van Outen reveals sitcom dream
Denise Van Outen grew up in Basildon and honed her craft at performing arts schools in Essex, before presenting The Big Breakfast on Channel 4 and playing Roxie Hart in West End musical Chicago.
Now, Denise is turning her hand to writing a sitcom with her friends, while guiding her daughter through her teen years.
