How to become the High Sheriff of Berkshire
Alexander Barfield is the youngest High Sheriff in the country, representing the Royal County of Berkshire in a role that's more than a thousand years old. Wearing his 'Bridgerton-esque' uniform, he spoke to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio's Kirsten O'Brien about the traditional process of being selected, his roles, and how his experience in the Maidenhead foster care system has inspired his current run as Berkshire's High Sheriff.
