Oldbury Olympian debunks swimming myth
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ radio presenters across the UK are diving head first into a mammoth new swimming challenge for ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Children in Need.
It's called the Thousand Mile Challenge.
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio WM have formed a swim team and will be doing our bit of the challenge which is twenty four miles.
A really important part of Trish Adudu's journey in this challenge is diversity in swimming - and the idea of getting more black, asian and ethnic minorities swimming at a competitive level.
She spoke to Alice Dearing from Oldbury - the first black female swimmer to represent Team GB at the Olympics to find out where the myth originated from.
