Stepping back into Norfolk’s high streets
A Norfolk historian has taken a step back in time to see what two of the county’s high streets used to look like.
As part of her book ‘The Bookshop, the Draper, the Candlestick Maker: A History of the High Street”, Dr Anne Gray took a snapshot of the Kings Lynn from the 1930s and Norwich from the 1860s.
