ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Leicester's swim team have taken on their final leg of the one thousand mile challenge for Children in Need 2024.

Swim teams at ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ radio stations across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have been attempting to swim 24 miles each – adding up to that one thousand mile total.

In Leicestershire and across the East Midlands, ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Children in Need is currently funding projects to the value of £4.7 million, and last year they supported more than 28,000 children and young people in the area.
