Council's new £130k directors
Coventry City Council is offering salaries of £130,000 a year to two new directors focused on communications and cutting spending.
The hires come at a time when the council is facing a budget gap of about £10m this year.
More cuts to public services are being considered and council bosses want to change how they approach these decisions.
