Leaving school at 7 to earn my PHD
Matthew Punter was once dubbed 'the worst kid in Leicester'.
At school he was dealing with ADHD, hyperactivity, PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) and Autism and he gave up on school at the age of 7.
But at the age of 17 he went back to learning with a local specialist school.
Now he's doing a PhD and has just been awarded a grant to start a new initiative called EDEN to help other Neurodiverse people with employment opportunities.
