Christmas arrives as city lights are switched on
Thousands of people in Leicester filled the city centre on Thursday night for the big Christmas lights switch on.
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Leicester's own Ady Dayman led the proceedings at the Clock Tower with The Apprentice star Virdi Mazaria and RuPaul's Drag Race runner-up Divina De Campo.
The trio appeared on the Haymarket balcony to help flick the switch on the city centre street displays of more than 16,000 LED lights, alongside the 15m Christmas tree.
