'I carried body parts out of the pub bombings'

A retired police officer from Worcestershire reflects on a day like no other, from 1974, when two bombs planted in Birmingham killed 21 people and injured 220.

Eric Noble, from Ripple, was on the scene at what has become the biggest unsolved mass murder in modern British history, and saw the devastation first hand.

He opens up about his role aiding the relief effort, and being a part of the police force on what chiefs later said was something they'd never see the likes of again.
