‘Families need us’ Barnsley nursery faces closure
The Team at Shining Stars Nursery in Monk Bretton have until Christmas to find a new home or they may close. Barnsley council say that the proposed new site has risks of noise and dust which could affect children and staff and concerns about nearby HGVs and other commercial vehicles in close proximity to a nursery. The nursery is calling on the council to pay a site visit and work with them.
