Go behind-the-scenes as the Worcestershire venue hopes to transform its facilities in to a 'world-class' space, attracting another 135,000 people a year, and boosting the local economy.

It's hoped that the money, which comes from the previous government's Levelling Up agenda, will improve opportunities for young people and open access to arts and culture.

Executive Director Fred Moroni walks Tammy Gooding through their plans, where work is due to start in August 2025, and be finished by early 2027.
