A Helpringham man has caused a storm by suggesting that the hourly chime of the local church clock should be silenced overnight.
Tony Partridge recently moved to the Lincolnshire village and says the bell at St. Andrew's church keeps him awake at night, although he admitted his social media post about it was 'a little mischievous'.
