Tom Ford opens up over emotional Shoot Out win
Leicester's Tom Ford has explained why winning this year's Snooker Shoot Out was especially poignant.
It was an emotional moment for Tom as he clinched his first ranking title in his home city as he beat Liam Graham. Ford was in tears as he dedicated victory to his sponsor Brian Todd, who died recently.
The 41-year-old, who had been runner-up three times previously in ranking events, edged the final 31-28 to land the £50,000 first prize.
