Thirty tractors descended upon Cathedral Square to make a noise against the Government, in an objection over plans to change inheritance tax, with a 20 per cent tax rate on agricultural assets worth more than 拢1million.

Labour says the changes will not come into force until 2026, with farmers inheriting assets would be given up to 10 years to pay up.
