"My faith in the police has been shattered"
Owen Andrews was wrongly sprayed in the face by a Merseyside Police special constable when arrested as he tried to film officers detaining his friend on a night out in Liverpool two years ago.
The force has admitted liability but says the officer has undergone a "reflective practice review".
