For most of us winter is a good time to snuggle up with a book or catch up on some box sets. But for a growing band of hardy people, it provides the perfect opportunity for an outdoor swim.
The owners of Dosthill Quarry near Kingsbury say they've seen number of swimmers rise by nearly 700% since covid, and many of them keep it up all year round.
