Grief at Christmas
Changing what they have for dinner, eating Fred's favourite foods, and allowing themselves to be selective over which festive invites to accept whilst enjoying the calm and reflective space the festive period can allow, are ways Louise and her family approach the difficult time that Christmas can be when a loved one is missing. Louise also advises how to provide support to people dealing with grief in the workplace and allowing colleagues that space. She's been talking about her experiences with ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR's Vic Minett.
