People have been urged not to drive into the city centre this month to avoid delays.

But businesses have said the situation is shocking and they're either losing customers or considering relocating because of the number of cars in the city centre.

Tareq Moustafa is the owner of Seen Opticians on Police Street in Deansgate, and Joe Devereux-Kelly runs baby & children鈥檚 sleepwear company Grow Grows from a warehouse on Liverpool Road.
