Georgey Spanswick meets Jordan Greathead and Hollie Suff whose daughter, 14-month-old Penelope Greathead from Ravenscar, is being treated in London for a heart condition.

Penelope's family hit a 拢120,000 fundraiser to help pay for treatment abroad, but it has now been confirmed they have secured a space at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
