It's a packed weekend for Leicester Riders, who have a double header for the second weekend in a row.

They travel to take on Surrey in the SLB Championship tonight, before the second leg of their trophy semi final against Newcastle on Sunday - the first chance for silverware this season.

They'll be hoping to keep up their recent good form, after Riders won up in Falkirk in the cup last Friday, before a league win against Newcastle - which was the 500th top flight win for Head Coach Rob Paternostro.

Coach Rob has been reflecting on that achievement with 蜜芽传媒 Leicester's Jack Rafferty.
