'By the time I got home I was on the news'
As floodwaters struck Leicestershire this week, a team of volunteers were out trying to help those in need.
Amongst them was Kane Johnson, who was volunteering with Leicestershire & Rutland 4x4 Response to help rescue stranded drivers.
While making their rounds Kane and his fellow volunteers struck upon an idea to attempt to wakeboard through the floodwaters - an attempt that was captured by a ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ News helicopter and several passers by.
Kane told Matt Smith he hoped it helped raise a smile during a difficult time.
