Practical school works better for neurodiverse students
LEAF Studio are a vocational school for pupils in Key Stage 4 and sixth form. Students will enter either the sport stream or the performing arts stream and study English, maths and sciences alongside.
Students and teachers at LEAF claim that a practical and vocational learning style means that students with additional educational needs thrive where they might have struggled in typical schooling.
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Solent's Harry Kille-Smith spoke to Head of Sixth Form Geoff Lake and two students who joined the school at 16.
