Outgoing RMT Leader Mick Lynch
Mick Lynch has been the head of the country's largest railway union - RMT - since 2021, but he has now announced that he will be stepping down.
Under Mick's leadership, the National Union of Rail, Maritime, and Transport Workers have staged a series of strikes over pay in 2022 and 2023, culminating in a deal with the new Labour government this summer.
Mick talks to Eddie Nestor about his time with RMT, and why he has decided to leave.
