'My home of 70 years had never flooded until now'
Three weeks on since floods devastated parts of Leicestershire and emergency services placed the county in a critical incident, people are still repairing the damage.
Charnwood Borough Council told us at least 250 homes and businesses in the area were affected by the floods, including the bungalow of 93 year old Arthur Ebinger, who sat in his living room as water poured in.
For the past few weeks, specialist waste collection teams from Serco, in partnership with the council, have been disposing of people's furniture, flooring and items that were damaged.
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Leicester reporter Ellis Maddison went out with one of the teams to meet some of those hardest hit in the flood.
