The lift is broken and many of them say they can鈥檛 walk up and down the stairs.

Management for Hanover House, said: 鈥淎s soon as we were made aware the lift had broken down on Monday evening (January 27th), we immediately informed our maintenance contractor. Residents with medical needs have been offered alternative accommodation. We are also bringing in additional colleagues on-site to support residents during this time.鈥�
