Helen Lederer empowering funny female writers
Famous for her role as Catriona in 'Absolutely Fabulous', Helen Lederer is also a pioneer for women in comedy having founded the Comedy Women in Print Prize in 2018.
One such award recipient is Nikki May, an Anglo-Nigerian writer from West Dorset whose debut novel Wahala is being adapted into a ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ TV series.
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Solent's Steve Harris spoke to Nikki and Helen about their experiences as women in the world of comedy literature.
