Dickins! Dalton pigeon's animal VC coming home
Tommy the pigeon did his bit for the war effort when he was blown off course in 1942, and ended up in Nazi occupied Holland. The Dock Museum in Barrow have paid 拢30000 for this rare medal at auction, and have exciting plans for it.
