"He was skin and bones... we had to rescue him"

A two-month-old stray dog from the Philippines has been saved by a couple from Matlock.

Charlie was covered in fleas and drinking from a filthy puddle when Greg Stocks and Ewa Sikora first spotted him.

Greg spoke to 蜜芽传媒 Radio Derby's Andy Twigge.
