A farmer who's descendants have been working on the same land for more than three centuries says he's being evicted by Bolton council.

David Yates is a tenant farmer and has been offered compensation by the council which wants the land in the Harwood area for housing.

But he claims the move is unfair and will leave six businesses with nowhere to go, as Kevin Fitzpatrick reports.
