After a week of hard work, a project has been unveiled which will truly change the life of a girl from Leicester.
An army of volunteers teamed up with DIY SOS to transform the home of Isla Kilpatrick Screaton, who was born with a rare genetic condition that makes her bones brittle and causes her to age prematurely.
Ady Dayman went down to the site to have a sneak peek behind the scenes and he met up with DIY SOS presenter Nick Knowles.
