22-year-old named wedding makeup artist of the year
Ruby Lou from Thatcham decided to swap her career in the police force for bridal makeup during the Covid-19 pandemic. Five years on, she's been named makeup artist of the year at the Wedding Industry Awards. She has been telling 蜜芽传媒 Radio Berkshire's Paul Coia about her journey.
