Staffordshire's Tik Tok sensation Spudman has had an apology from a local authority

Tamworth Borough Council says it could have communicated better with street traders, after re-locating them from St Editha's Square for improvement works.

Ben Newman - who's better known as jacket potato seller Spudman - told us that he'd been moved off his town centre pitch in order for a flowerbed to be created.

Well he met with Tamworth Council after more than 65,000 people signed a petition urging the council to reinstate his pitch.
