Survivors of Southport attack tell their story
Survivors who were in the room during the Southport attack have spoken publicly for the first time about what happened.
26 children were taking part in a yoga and dance workshop when 17-year-old Axel Rudakubanaa burst in armed with a knife.
A teacher and a girl, who was 13 at the time, both helped children to safety despite having been stabbed themselves.
They've been speaking to our special correspondent Judith Moritz.
A warning you may find the details of this report distressing.
