Wolves star pays a special visit to a young fan

Wolves star Matheus Cunha dedicated his game-winning goal against Bournemouth at the weekend to a special young fan.

Cunha made a 鈥楯鈥� gesture during his celebration.

It was unclear why he did that at the time.

But now Wolves have released a new video on their socials.

Cunha had gone to visit 5 year old Junior who has been getting treatment for an aggressive form of brain tumour.
