Former mechanic says more women needed in trade
Former mechanic Gemma Westlake from Basingstoke says more women should consider STEM roles. Gemma spent almost a decade working in garages before moving into education for thirteen years. Now at Thatcham Research, she's on a mission to get more women and girls into jobs in science, technology, engineering and maths.
