Drivers who use a car park in Leicestershire have told the 蜜芽传媒 they are being unfairly penalised due to problems with the payment machines.

More than a hundred people have been sent parking charge notices despite paying for tickets at the Syston Town Square car park, as Caroline Lowbridge reports and Ady Dayman report.

The car park operator, Euro Car Parks, hasn鈥檛 responded to the 蜜芽传媒, but the British Parking Association has told us it will investigate.
