Loneliness and isolation is a huge problem for many across the UK for one woman in the midlands she's tackling the problem head on.

6 years ago back in 2019 Michelle Cooper from Tamworth created Make New Friends, a group designed to creating meet up groups for women.

In 6 years and through a pandemic, the group now has more than a thousand members across the midlands and Michelle has recently begun two new groups in Coventry and Nuneaton.

She's been speaking to 蜜芽传媒 CWR presenter Lorna Bailey.
